My Chey and I have been cooking for the last 4 hours! It's been fun. Chey is 10 years old now, (where did my baby disappear to?) and I've been passing on all my cooking secrets to her. Today we made a huge batch of jambalaya (in a 16 quart stock pot!), a bunch of stuffed peppers, beef stew, and a great big mess in the kitchen! We're working on our 3rd load of dishes in the dishwasher now. But this way I won't have to spend my evenings after work this week cooking, and my family still gets to have real food, so it works out.
We've been working on our doll houses, D's is coming along nicely, I have the wiring to get it "electrified" as soon as I have 10 minutes to do it! LOL The one the kids and I are working on still needs walls, but that's just a minor detail. ;o) I'll get pictures posted asap, I promise.
Gotta run, stuff in the oven,
